Refund & Cancellation Policy

Section 1 - Returns

1. Our policy lasts 48 hours. If 48 hours have lapsed since your purchase and/or if the training you paid for starts within the next 48 hours, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

3. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

4. Additional non-returnable items :
a. Gift cards
b. Downloadable software products
c. Some health and personal care items

5. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

6. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

7. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) like anything from
a. Book with obvious signs of use
b. CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
c. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

8. Any item that is returned more than 48 hours after delivery, return will not be approved

Section 2 - Refunds (if applicable)

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you on email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two days (48 hours) to five days (120 hours).

3. Decision of the owner will be final in respect of Refund Policy.

 

Section 3 - Cancellation (if applicable)

1. Our policy lasts 48 hours. If 48 hours have lapsed since your purchase and/or if the training you paid for starts within the next 48 hours, unfortunately it cannot be cancelled.

2. Decision of the owner will be final in respect of Cancellation Policy.

3. It is advised to contact on qualityfirst.training9@gmail.com before cancelling to get resolutions on your question(s) before 48 hours. This will help avoid cancellation.

4. If you want to cancel your order then please notify on qualityfirst.training9@gmail.com on or before 48 working hours or send your application for cancellation to: Quality First, Flat No.B-401, Gloria City, Padegaon Road, Gut No.10/2, Bhavsingpura, Aurangabad (Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar), – 431001, Maharashtra, India (Bharat)

5. If cancellation made before five days from the training date, will receive 100% of amount of product price. If cancellation made before three – four days from the training date, will receive 80% of amount of the product price. If cancellation made before two days (48 hours), will receive 50% of amount of the product price.

 

Section 4 - Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at qualityfirst.training9@gmail.com.

 

Section 5 - Sale items (if applicable)

1. Only the amount of regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately items under ‘Sale’ cannot be refunded.

 

Section 6 - Exchanges (if applicable)

1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Section 7 - Gifts

1. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

2. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

Section 8 - Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Quality First, Flat No.B-401, Gloria City, Padegaon Road, Gut No.10/2, Bhavsingpura, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) – 431001, Maharashtra, India (Bharat)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over ₹ 100/-, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
